Sunset camel ride in Merzouga

Join our sunset camel trekking excursion, which starts around 5:30 pm. A scenic 30-minute camel ride will take you to the magnificent Erg Chebbi dunes. Upon arrival, you will dismount and walk a short distance (about 80 meters) to the base of the highest dunes of Merzouga.

For breathtaking panoramic views, you can choose to climb to the top (additional 10 minutes). Another option is to enjoy the beautiful sunset from the comfortable camel resting area. After enjoying the views, we will return to the village before sunset. This excursion also includes an informative stop at a garden to learn about the traditional canal system of the desert.
