    Day 1: Tangier – Tetouan – Chefchaouen

    After meeting your guide at the port or airport in Tangier, you will begin your exciting journey to Chefchaouen. The drive will take you through the majestic Rif Mountains, where you will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views. Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, you will have the afternoon free to explore this beautiful blue and white city at your own pace. You will spend the night in a local Riad or Hotel, immersing yourself in the tranquil atmosphere of the city.


    Day 2: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fez

    Today you will depart for Fez in the morning, passing through numerous charming villages in the Rif Mountains. The first stop will be in Volubilis, an important archaeological site that houses the best preserved Roman ruins in this part of North Africa, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997. Afterwards, you will head to Meknes, where you will visit the famous Bab el-Mansour gates and the tombs of Moulay Ismail. After lunch, you will continue to Fez, where you will spend the night in a local Riad in the Medina.


    Day 3: Guided tour of Fez

    Get ready to explore Fez, Morocco’s oldest and most culturally rich city, with an expert local guide. You will stroll through its intricate alleys and visit landmarks such as the gate of the Royal Palace, the ancient Jewish quarter (Mellah), the prestigious Al Karaouine University, the oldest in the region, the fascinating Tanneries, the exquisite Attarine Museum and the Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss, an important pilgrimage site. You will spend the night in the medina, immersed in the authentic atmosphere of Fez.


    Day 4: Fez – Azrou Forest – Midelt – Merzouga

    Today, the journey will take you through varied and spectacular landscapes. First, you will pass through Ifrane, a charming winter ski resort built by the French in the 1930s, evoking a picturesque Swiss village. Next, you will drive through the imposing Middle Atlas Mountains, where you will spend most of the morning enjoying the beautiful cedar forests, rugged rock faces and picturesque Berber villages.

    You will then stop for lunch in the town of Midelt, famous for its fossils and delicious apples. In the afternoon, you will continue to Merzouga through the Ziz Valley and Erfoud, the capital of dates, arriving in the evening in Merzouga, where you will stay in a local hotel near the breathtaking dunes of Erg Chebbi.


    Day 5: Merzouga – Jerf – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley

    Your camel driver will wake you up early in the morning to contemplate perhaps the best sunrise of your life over the sand dunes. Along the way, you will not fail to appreciate the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes, which change color with the light as the day progresses. After breakfast and refreshment at the Riad, you will depart for the impressive Rissani, Tinghir and Todra Gorges, the highest and narrowest gorges in Morocco. After lunch in the heart of the gorges, you will drive through the picturesque Dades Valley, where you will see the majestic sand castles and the amazing rock formations known as “monkey fingers”. You will spend the night in a traditional guesthouse with dinner and breakfast, enjoying the Berber hospitality.


    Day 6: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

    After breakfast, we will depart to Kalaa M’gouna and Ouarzazate through the picturesque Dades Valley, also known as the route of the thousand kasbahs. We will explore Ouarzazate, the city of cinema, and visit the impressive Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, the largest Kasbah in Morocco and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, built by T-Hami El Glaoui.

    We will continue our journey through the majestic High Atlas Mountains, enjoying panoramic views and the charm of the Berber villages along the way. Finally, we will arrive in Marrakech, where we will stay in a local hotel.


    Day 7: Tour of Marrakech with a local guide

    Our journey continues south to the vibrant heart of Morocco: Marrakech, the legendary ‘Red City’. Prepare to be captivated as we guide you through its most iconic treasures.
